A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR GRANT NO. C210412-01-0 BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY AND THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY,
FOR THE PREPARATION OF A FACILITIES PLAN FOR A WASTE TREATMENT
PROJECT, AND INDICATING THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
OF THE AFORESAID GRANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby accept the terms of
the Grant Agreement proposed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency
between the City of Paducah and EPA, in reference to Grant No. C210412-01-0,
for the preparation of a facilities plan for a proposed waste treatment project.
SECTION 2. That Mayor Alice H. McNutt is hereby authorized to execute
the aforesaid Grant Agreement for and in behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
