HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 826, Ordinance Number 75-3-1092826 ORDINANCE NO. 73-5-1092 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WEST KENTUCKY EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF VARIOUS PARTS TO BE USED IN THE REPAIR OF THE CITY'S CASE 1150 TRACK LOADER, FOR THE SUDT OF $2,885.26" WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners on February 25, 1975, adopted an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with West Kentucky Equipment Company for the amount of $2,885.26 for the sale to the City of various parts to be used in the repair of the City's Case 1150 track loader, and WHEREAS, it now appears that the price as set forth in the aforesaid ordinance was in error and the correct amount of the total bid of West Kentucky Equipment Company should have been $3,363.18. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WEST KENTUCKY EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF VARIOUS PARTS TO BE USED IN THE REPAIR OF THE CITY'S CASE 1150 TRACT( LOADER, FOR THE SUM OF $2,885.26" be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for a total bid in the amount of $3, 363.18. SECTION 2. The original ordinance, as referred to above, is hereby readopted in all other aspects. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of it's adoption.
