HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 825, Ordinance Number 75-3-1091825 ORDINANCE NO. 75-3-1091, AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN AND BARNETT, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FROM JANUARY 1, 1975 TO JUNE 30, 1976, FOR THE SUM OF $12,050.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Allen and Barnett, Certified Public Accountants, to perform the audits of all city accounts, including, but not limited to, the general fund, federal revenue sharing, the police and firemen's pension fund, the appointive employees' pension fund, sewer system funds, parking facility funds, and other incidental accounting services, for the period of January 1, 1.975, to June 30, 1976; said proposal being according to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen & Barnett, Certified Public Accountants, to the City Manager, dated February 20, 1975, which was received and filed with the Minutes of the Board of Commissioners held on March 9, 1975. SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expenses set forth in in Section I above shall be made from the accounts in the general fund and federal revenue sharing funds as set forth in the appropriate apportionment ordinance or as may be hereafter provided in an appropriate reapportionment ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
