FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) KURB KUTTER, MODEL 700-L, WITH MOUNTING BRACKETS, FOR USE BY THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Rotary Power, Inc. for sale to the City of one (1) Kurb Kutter, Model 700-L, with mounting brackets, for the purchase price of $2,250.00, f.o.b. Paducah; said bid being in substantial compliance with the resolution authorizing bids adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 28, 1975, and having the specifications set out in the bid of Rotary Power, Inc., dated February 8, 1975. SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Rotary Power, Inc. according to said resolution and said bid as set forth in Section I above. SECTION 3. The purchase price for this equipment shall be paid from Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 5114. SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
