ORDINANCE NO. 75-2-1083
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF NEST KENTUCKY EQUIPMENT
COMPANT' FOR SALE TO TILE CITY OF VARIOUS PARTS TO BE USED IN THE REPAIR
OF THE CITY'S CASE 1150 TRACK LOADER, FOR THE SUM OF $2,885.26
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to accept the bid of Nest Kentucky Equipment Company, dated February 17, 1975,
in the amount of $2,885.26, for sale to the City of various parts to be used in the
repair of the City's Case 1150 Track Loader.
SECTION 2. Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3408 shall be
charged with this expenditure.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
