ORDINANCE NO. 75-2-1079
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY TREASURER
TO THE WESTERN KENTUCKY GAS COMPANY THE SUM OF $3,587.26 FOR THE
PION OF THE GAS MAIN FOR PURPOSES OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE ELMDALE

WHEREAS, on March 6, 1973 by a duly adopted resolution, the City of
agreed to equally share with McCracken County, Kentucky, the necessary
any required utility relocations in connection with the Elmdale Road extension,
WHEREAS, it is now determined that the City's portion for the relocation
s main in said area is the sum of $3,587.26.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be, and they are
authorized to pay to Western Kentucky Gas Company the sum of $3,587.26 for
s share of the cost of the relocation of the gas main required by the Elmdale
ension.
SECTION 2. That General Fund Account No. 3454 shall be charged with
mditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
ispection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
