ORDINANCE NO. 75-1-1077
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PRESLEY PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER EXTENSIONS NEAR I-24 AND U. S. IIIGHWAY 02
INTERCHANGE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
ON NOVEMBER 19, 1974
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on November 19, 1974, be,
and the same is hereby, amended and reordained so that said section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"SECTION 3. The cost of said construction work shall be charged

to General Fund Account No. 3755."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
