PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING AT CITY HALL AT
8: 00 P.M., TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 1975, TO OBTAIN THE VIEWS OF ALL CITIZENS
CONCERNING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING NEEDS, AND FURTHER
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO GIVE ADEQUATE NOTICE
TO ALL CITIZENS OF SAID MEETING BY ADVERTISING IN THE PADUCAH SUN -DEMOCRAT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be,
and he is hereby, authorized and directed to conduct a public hearing at City Hall at
8: 00 P.M. , Tuesday, January 28, 1975, for the purpose of obtaining the views of
all citizens on community development and housing needs, and that said public
hearing shall be conducted in such manner to satisfy the requirements as set forth
in Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations as amended by Chapter V, Part 570
"Community! Ievelopment Block Grants", Sub -part 570.303 (e) (ti).
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
apprise all citizens of the aforesaid public hearing by adequately advertising
same in the Paducah Sun -Democrat in the form required by law.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
