A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, TO REQUEST AN ADVANCE OF FUNDS
PURSUANT TO SUB -PART 570.302 "ADVANCE OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZATION TO
INCUR COSTS" OF TITLE 24 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS AS AMENDED
BY CHAPTER V, PART 570 "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and she

is hereby, authorized and directed to request an advance of funds through the
appropriate HUD Area Office, pursuant to the provisions of Title 24 of the Code of
Federal regulations, as amended by Chapter V, Part 570 "Community Development
Block Grants" Sub -part 570.302.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
