ORDINANCE NO. 75-1-1070
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO. 71-7-492
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF STAFF TO CARRY OUT
THE MECHANICSBURG CODE ENFORCEMENT PROJECT, FIXING SALARIES, GRANTING
CERTAIN AUTHORITY TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AND RATIFYING PREVIOUS
PROPER ACTS BY THE STAFF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS ON JULY 2, 1971, AND LAST AMENDED ON MARCH 26, 1974
BY ORDINANCE NO 74-3-939
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 2, 1971, and last
amended on March 26, 1974, be, and the same is hereby further amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That there be created the following temporary positions
of employment with the City of Paducah, Kentucky, together with the following
annual compensation for each position:
Executive Director 14,472
Financial Advisor 11,513
Social Counselor & Rehab
Advisor
9,072
Secretary -Bookkeeper 6,998"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and retroactive to January 6, 1975.
