ORDINANCE NO. 74-12-1059
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPROVE, IN BEIi
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, A LEASE BETWEEN PADUCAH AIR[
CORPORATION AND OHIO VALLEY AVIATION, INCORPORATED, DATED NOV
14, 1974
WHEREAS, the Paducah Airport Corporation is a non-profit corpoi
which operates and manages the airport facility located in McCracken Count]
Kentucky, known as Barkley Field, under lease from the City of Paducah, K
and the County of McCracken, and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Airport Corporation on November 14, 197
public advertisement and requesting bids, entered into a lease with Ohio Va.
Aviation, Incorporated, for fixed base aviation activities, and
WHEREAS, Paducah Airport Corporation and Ohio Valley Aviation
have each requested that the City of Paducah and the County of McCracken a
ratify the terms and the provisions of the aforesaid lease.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM![ISS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized K
the approval of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as to the terms and provisiot
lease dated November 14, 1974 by and between Paducah Airport Corporation
Ohio Valley Aviation, Incorporated.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
the date of its adoption.
