AN ORDINANCE. MENDING SECTION 7-28 "ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY

PADUCAH. KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-28 "Electrical code adopted", of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 7-28. Electrical code adopted.
The 1975 National Electrical Code, as prepared by National Fire
Protection Association, is hereby adopted by reference and is made a part of the
public records of the city by this section."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of an ordinance adopted
December 28, 1965, and which was last amended by Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 72-2-612 adopted February 15, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
January 1, 1975.
