FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF THREE (3) 3-wHE•EL REFUSE VEHICLES FOR USE BY THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: I SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Belmont Equipment I) Company, Inc., for sale to the City of three (3) 3 -wheel Cushman Refuse Collection Vehicles, for use by the Refuse Department, in the total sum of $12,054.00, said bid being in substantial compliance with the resolution authorizing bids which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on November 5, 1974, said bid being dated November 12, 1974. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Belmont Equipment Company, Inc. , for the purchase of the items specified in Section 1 above, which contract shall be in compliance with Section 1 above, the resolution authorizing bids, and the bid of Belmont Equipment Company, Inc. SECTION 3. The cost of these items shall be paid from Federal Revenue Sharing i� Trust Fund Account No. 3514. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
