ORDINANCE NO. 74-11-1053
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WEST KENTUCKY EQUIPMENT
COMPANY FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE (1) TILT TOP TRAILER
FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING TIME CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of

West Kentucky Equipment Company in the amount of $5,050.24, for sale to the
City of one (1) new `tiller Tilt Top Trailer, Model OT32, for use by the Street
Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Resolution adopted by the Board
of Commissioners on October 15, 1974, and as contained in the bid of west Kentucky
Equipment Company dated November 4, 1974.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with west Kentucky Equipment Company for the sale to the City

of the equipment authorized in Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid
I
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.

The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing
hAccount No. 3414.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
