FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF A CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEM TO BE USED IN THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING TIME CITY P.IANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Ohio Valley Communications, Inc. for sale to the City of a closed circuit television system, including cabinet and installation, in the total price of $5,897.25, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on August 13, 1974, and as contained in the bid of Ohio Valley Communications, Inc. dated August 26, 1974. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to 'I execute a contract with Ohio Valley Communications, Inc, for sale to the City of the equipment authorized in Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2112. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one wool: for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
