AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
DN RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 52 AND 53 OF THE PADUCAH
2DINANCE-1971, AND AMENDING SAID ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission
21, 1974, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTIONS 52 AND
PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -197111, be approved as the final report of said
n respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That sub -sections 52.044 and 52.064 of Section 52, and sub -
5.044, 53.054 and 53,064 of Section 53 of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance -1971,
e same are hereby, amended and reordained so that said sub -sections as
nd reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
52.034 Accessory Buildings
No accessory building shall be erected within 6 feet of any side lot line,
and no separate accessory building shall be erected within 5 feet of any
other building or structure.

52.064 Accessory Buildings
Same as 52.034
53.044 Accessory Buildings

S17C'1'I0N 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall he found to he inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision Shall net affect any other section,
paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
er•ch and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other
t sections, paragraphs and provbiinns.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
