4 ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 51 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING
1971, AND AMENDING SAID ORDINANCE
IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
:ENTUCKY:
=ION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission
1, 1974, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
ANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION 51 OF
,H ZONING ORDINANCE -197111, be approved as the final report of said
.,expecting the matters therein set forth.
:CTION 2. That Sub -section 51.024 of Section 51 of the Paducah Zoning
)71 be, and the same is hereby, amended and reordained so that said

51.024 Accessory Buildings
No accessory building shall be erected within 8 feet
of any side lot line, and no separate accessory building
shall be erected within 5 feet of any other building or
structure.
CTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
