ORDINANCE NO. 74-11-1043
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXERCISE THE CITY'S OPTION WITII ANGELS OF MERCY, INC. FOR THE YEAR 1975
FOR A $10,000.00 ANNUAL PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed, pursuant to the terms of the contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky
and Angels of Mercy, Inc. dated January 29, 1974, to exercise the City's option for
ambulance services for the year 1975 for the annual payment of $10, 000.00.
SECTION 2. The amount to be paid for the services provided for herein
shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2177.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be
in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
