AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH LINDON H. PRYOR d/b/a PRYOR COLLECTION
AGENCY, FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with Lindon H. Pryor d/b/a Pryor Collection
Agency, for the collection of delinquent personal property taxes.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid contract is attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein, and all terms and provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
