AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY TREASURER
) ALLEN AND BARNETT, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, THE SUM OF
AOR AUDIT SERVICES RENDERED SINCE MARCH 1974, IN CONNECTION WITH

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer be, and they are
ithorized to pay to Allen and Barnett, Certified Public Accountants, the sum
0 for auditing services rendered since March 1974 in connection with the
I the City of Paducah Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1974.
SECTION 2. The amount to be paid to Allen and Barnett, Certified Public
s, for auditing services as described above shall be paid out of the City of
ewer Depreciation and Extension Fund.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
ie introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
orce and effect immediately thereafter.
