TER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
JNWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR THE
:ATION OF CERTAIN SEWER FACILITIES IN THE VICINITY OF I-24 AND U. S.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
:AH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
:ute an agreement between the Department of Transportation, Commonwealth of
!ky, and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, in regard to the relocation of certain
facilities in the vicinity of Interstate 24 and U. S. Iiighway 62, and as more
ilarly set forth in the aforesaid agreement.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid agreement referred to hereinabove shall be attached
and made a part of this resolution as though it were fully copied herein.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
:e of its adoption.
