ORDINANCE NO. 74-10-1038
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ENEMA LORINE SULLII
BOX 367, CRESTWOOD, KENTUCKY, 40014, TO PURCHASE THE INTERES
OF PADUCAH IN LOT 4, BLOCK 12, SANDERS ARCADIA SUBDIVISION, 01
STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $50.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
TO EXECUTE A (QUITCLAIM DEED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of Emma Lorine Sullivan in the amc
to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in the following described
city be accepted, said land being described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 12, Sanders Arcadia Subdivision,
fronting 40 feet on the south side of Walnut Street
120 feet west of Davis Street, and as shown on page
117 of Block Map Book No. 9 in the office of the
City Engineer.
Being the same land conveyed to the City of Paducal
by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer (John E. Smith and
Lorine Smith property) by deed dated August 1, 197
and of record in Deed Book 543, page 296 in the
McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
II SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $50.00 to the City
