AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH FLORENCE & IiUTCHESON, INC.
FOR PERFORMING AN EPA STEP 1 FACILITY PLAN STUDY FOR McCRACKEN COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter
into an Agreement for engineering services with Florence 8 Hutcheson, Inc. for the
performing of an EPA Step 1 Facility Plan Study within McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The terms and provisions of the aforesaid agreement for
engineering services shall be the same as those provided in the Exhibit attached
hereto and by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
