HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 691, Ordinance Number 74-10-1029691 ORDINANCE NO. 74-10-1029 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY TO OPERLE ADVERTISING COMPANY THE SUM OF .$1,565.00 FOR SERVICES RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE REMOVAL OF DEBRIS FROM THE MARKET HOUSE BUILDING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCICY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager and the City Treasurer be, and they are hereby authorized to pay to Operle Advertising Company the sum of $1,565. 00 for services rendered by said Company in connection with the removal of debris from the Market House Building, and as more particularly set forth in their Invoices to the City of Paducah dated March 8, 1974 and March 22, 1974. SECTION* 2. Account Number 9094 shall be charged with the aforesaid expense. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
