AAT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A THIRD AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
THE URBAN RENEWAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
PERTAINING TO THE THIRD AMENDED REVISED APPLICATION FOR THE FOURTH
ANNUAL INCREMENT, NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR PROJECT
NO. KY. A-2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute a Third Amended Cooperation Agreement between the City of
Paducah and the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency of Paducah,
Kentucky, pertaining to the third amended revised application for the Fourth Annual
Increment, Neighborhood Development Program for Project No. ICY. A-2, which said
proposed third amended agreement was filed with the Minutes of the Meeting of the
Board of Commissioners on September 30, 1974, and the text of which Third Amended
Agreement is incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah agrees to appropriate the funds required
for cash grants-in-aid as set out in Section i of said Third Amended Cooperation
Agreement, and the City of Paducah agrees to be contingently liable for the sums
associated with Section 2 of said Third Amended Agreement.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for at least one week for public inspection
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
