APPLICATION WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY TO CAUSE AN
EPA STEP 1 FACILITIES PLAN STUDY TO BE CONDUCTED WITHIN McCRACKEN
COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AND DESIGNATING ROBERT H. FLORENCE, 1201 MADISON
STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
are hereby authorized to file an application with the Environmental Protection Agency
to cause an EPA Step 1 Facilities Plan Study to be conducted within McCracken
County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby designate
Robert H. Florence, 1.201 Madison Street, Paducah, Kentucky, as its Project
Representative for the aforesaid study.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
