A RESOLUTION AUTIiORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION AND THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, REGARDING CONSTRUCTION OF EDA PROJECT NO. 04-01-01009
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, granted authority to
enter into an agreement between the Economic Development Administration and the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, dated August 26, 1974, pertaining to EDA Project
No. 04-01-01009 and pertaining to sewage collection facilities extending from the
corporate limits of the City of Paducah to the Coleman Road Industrial Site.
SECTION 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
