ORDINANCE NO. 74-9-1022
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY BRANDEIS
MACIiINERY & SUPPLY CORPORATION THE SUM OF $3,229.53 FOR VARIOUS PARTS
AND SUPPLIES FURNISHED TO THE CITY REFUSE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized
to pay Brandeis Machinery & Supply Corporation the sum of $3,229.53 for various
parts and supplies furnished to the City Refuse Department, and as more particularly
described by Invoice No. P19234 dated August 13, 1974.
SECTION 2. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
