ORDINANCE NO. 74-9-1019
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN & BARNETT,
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH FOR THE YEAR 1974
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Allen &
Barnett, Certified Public Accountants, to perform the audits of all city accounts,
including revenue sharing funds, for the year 1974, said proposal to be according
to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen & Barnett to the City
Manager, dated August 22, 1974, which was received and filed with the Minutes
of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on August 27, 1974.
SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expense shall be made from the accounts
in the General Fund and Federal Revenue Sharing Funds as set forth in the Apportionment
Ordinance for 1974 or as may hereafter be provided in the Reapportionment Ordinance
for 1974.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its
final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
