ORDINANCE NO. 74-6-1016
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-61
"UNASSIGNED POSITIONS" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-61
"Unassigned positions" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
as reads:
Position Base Hourly Rate
No. 2 Maintenance Alan (2 positions) $3.41
Maintenance Helper (2 positions) 3.31
be amended and reordained so as to hereafter read:
No. 2 Maintenance Man (1 position) 3.41
Maintenance Helper (3 positions) 3.31
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance adopted December 2, 1947, and
which was last amended by Ordinance No. 74-4-944 adopted April 2, 1974.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
