ORDINANCE NO. 74-8-1015
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 26-1 "Judge's salary" of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section
as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 26-1. Judge's salary.
The police judge of the City of Paducah will be paid a salary of twelve
thousand six hundred dollars ($12,600.00) per year, payable one thousand fifty
dollars ($1,050.00) per month, effective from and after January 1, 1975, and said
salary shall be paid to the duly elected police judge at the same time and in the
same manner as the salaries of other officers and employees of the city are paid".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
