HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance Book 18, Page 661, Ordinance Number 74-8-1014ORDINANCE NO. 74-8-1014 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MEIDINGER & ASSOCIATES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,200 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN PERFORMING AN ACTUARIAL STUDY FOR THE POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with Meidinger & Associates, 2440 Grinstead Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40204 in regard to an actuarial study concerning the Police and Firemen's Retirement Fund. SECTION 2. The amount to be paid to Mefdinger & Associates for actuarial services as described above shall not exceed the sum of $2, 200.00 and shall be paid out of General Fund Account No. 9094. SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
