ORDINANCE NO. 74-8-1012
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY", SUB -SECTION (a), AND CREATING SUB-
SECTION (g) OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally",
Sub -section (a), of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be
amended by adding to those positions providing for a base monthly salary the
position of "Assistant Police Court Clerk", so that said sub -section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.

Assistant Police Court Clerk $410.00"
SECTION 2. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally",
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and re -
ordained by adding thereto a new sub -section to read as follows:
"(g) The assistant police court clerk shall be paid at the rate of $410.00 per
month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of six months $450.00
per month; at the expiration of one year $460.00 per monty; at the expiration of
two years $470.00 per month; and at the expiration of three years $480.00 per month,
such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
