A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CONCERNING
THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINING OF A PLAYGROUND AND PARK IN THE
FOREST HILLS PUBLIC PROJECT CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, whereby the
City of Paducah, Kentucky will agree to develop and equip a public playground
and park in the Forest Hills Public Project Corporation.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid agreement shall provide further that the Forest
Hills Public Project Corporation shall maintain and operate the said playground or
park until such time, that it becomes necessary or desirable for the aforesaid property
to be utilized by the Paducah Nater works, Inc.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
