POLSTON, ROUTE NO. 1, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 8, BLOCK 4, THURMAN, HUGHES, HERZOG AND BETHEL ADDITION ON BETHEL STREET, FOR THE SUM OF $350.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Steve A. Polston in the amount of $350.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said City, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 8, Block 4, Thurman, Hughes, Herzog and Bethel Addition, Plat Book "A", page 81, fronting 39 feet on Bethel Street and as shown on page 64 of Block Map Book No. 6 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 212, page 542. Being the same land (Robert T. & Elizabeth Baker property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated August 19, 1974 and of record in Deed Book , page in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $350.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Steve A. Polston all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of toll be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
