FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF TWO (2) 1974 COMPACT STATION WAGONS FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Ray 1-I. Mullen Motor Company, Inc. , in the amount of $7,779.00, for sale to the City of two (2) 1974 Hornet Sportabout Station Wagons for use by the Fire Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 25, 1974, and as contained in the bid of Ray H. Mullen Motor Company, Inc. dated July 6, 1974. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Ray H. Mullen Motor Company, Inc, for the sale to the City of the vehicles authorized in Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. The purchase price for said vehicles shall be charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2214. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
