COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Paducah -McCracken County Arts Commission be
created and established for the purpose of coordinating and cooperating with the
Kentucky Arts Commission and all other appropriate state and federal agencies,
universities, colleges, and community art councils with the primary objective of
performing all necessary acts and functions in order to bring the Arts to the people
of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the Paducah -McCracken County Arts Commission shall
be composed of not less than eleven members who shall be appointed jointly by the
Mayor of the City of Paducah and the Judge of McCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
