ORDINANCE NO, 74-7-1000
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF LARRY MATHIS, ROUTE 1,
MELBER, KENTUCKY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $500.00 FOR PURCHASE FROM THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, OF A HAY BALER, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SELL SAID EQUIPMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of Larry Mathis, Route 1, Melber, Kentucky,
in the amount of $500.00 for purchase from the City of Paducah of a hay baler,
be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a bill of sale or other appropriate instrument to said equipment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
