ORDINANCE NO. 74-7-998
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE
A SECOND AMENDED COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADU
THE URBAN RENEWAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF PADUCAH,
PERTAINING TO THE SECOND AMENDED REVISED APPLICATION FOR THE FOUR
ANNUAL INCREMENT, NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR PROJECT
NO. KY. A-2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to execute a Second Amended Cooperation Agreement between the Cil
Paducah and the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency of Paducal
Kentucky, pertaining to the second amended revised application for the Fourth
Increment, Neighborhood Development Program for Project No. KY. A-2, which
proposed second amended agreement was filed with the Minutes of the Meeting a
Board of Commissioners on July 2, 1974, and the text of which Second Amended
Agreement is incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah agrees to appropriate the funds rec
for cash grants-in-aid as set out in Section 1 of said Second Amended Cooperati,
Agreement, and the City of Paducah agrees to be contingently liable for the sum
associated with Section 2 of said Second Amended Agreement.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance sl
therefore be introduced and remain on file for at least one week for public inspe
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if ado]
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
