ORDINANCE NO. 73-2-755
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 26-1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 26-1 "Judge's Salary" of the Code of
Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read
as follows:
Section 26-1 Judge's Salary
The Police Judge of the City of Paducah will be paid a
salary of $9,600.00 per year, payable $800.00 per month,
effective from and after the 19th day of February, 1973,
and said salary shall be paid to the duly elected Police
Judge at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries
of other officers and employees of the City are paid."
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
