AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH MARCUM c FULLER ASSOCIATES FOR
THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SWIMMING POOL AT KOLB PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract between the City of Paducah and Marcum @ Fuller Associates for the
design and engineering services for the construction of a swimming pool at Kolb Park.
Said contract shall be a standard engineering agreement and the compensation shall
be based upon the appropriate percentage for the total value and cost of the con-
struction project.
SECTION 2. Payment for this contract shall be charged to Account
No. 9094.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
