ORDINANCE NO. 74-6-993
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH THE URBAN INSTITUTE, WASHINGTON, D. C., FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES IN EVALUATION OF CABLE TELEVISION BIDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with the Urban Institute, Washington, D. C., for consulting
services in the evaluation of cable television bids for a total sum not to exceed
$3, 000.00 and actual out of pocket expenses.
SECTION 2. Account No. 6559 shall be charged with the aforesaid sum.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
