ORDINANCE NO. 74-6-989
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SUB -SECTION (a) OF
SECTION 1.0-52 "STREET DEPARTMENT GENERALLY", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-52 "Street
department generally" as reads:
Position Base hourly Rate
Mechanic (6 positions) $3.71
be amended and reordained to hereafter read as follows:
Position Base Hourly Rate
Chief Mechanic (1 position) $3.81
Alechanics (5 positions) 3.71
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends Section 8-13 of an ordinance adopted
December 2, 1947 and which was last amended by Ordinance No. 74-4-951, adopted
April 2, 1974..
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and retroactive
to June 17, 1974.
