A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE,
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH 0. K. ROCKER AND WIFE,
LUCILLE ROCKER, FOR THE LEASE OF THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 314 CLARK STREET,
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a lease on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, leasing the premises
known as 314 Clark Street, Paducah, Kentucky, from 0. K. Hocker and wife,
Lucille Hocker, for a period of five (5) years, at the monthly rental sum of $254.00
per month.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
