AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 524-536
HARRISON STREET BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for purchase by the City of Paducah of real property located at 524-
536 Harrison Street, in the amount of $800, from Lowertown Association.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 009-1209-
513-2307 (CD0033).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KP
