ORDINANCE NO. 74-4-948
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE AMERICAN FEDERATION
OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES AFL-CIO LOCAL 1586, COVERING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR CITY EMPLOYEES IN THE
BARGAINING UNIT FOR A Two YEAR PERIOD BEGINNING APRIL 1, 1974
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute a contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and
the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees AFL-CIO Local
1586, dated March 31, 1974, covering the terms and conditions of employment with
city employees in the bargaining unit for a two year period beginning April 1, 1974,
SECTION 2. That all of the articles, terms and conditions of the
proposed contract which was received and filed with the Minutes of the meeting
of the Board of Commissioners on April 2, 1974, be incorporated herein by reference
and adopted and ratified in full.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after ets adoption, and retroactive to March 31, 1974.
