A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING, ADOPTING, APPROVING, ACCEPTING
AATD RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH
IN REGARD TO THE HINKLEVTLLE-PARR AVENUE ROAD CONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby authorizes, adopts,
approves, accepts and ratifies the execution of an Agreement between the Department
of Transportation, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, in
regard to the construction of the Iifnkleville-Park Avenue Road Project, as authorized
by HD 10-1,Official Order Authorization No. 6421, dated November 13, 1968.
SECTION 2. That the execution of said Agreement in quadruplicate
in behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by Alice H. McNutt, Mayor, and the
impression of the official seal of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the attestation
of said execution by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, is hereby authorized, adopted,
approved, accepted and ratified.
SECTION 3. That the aforesaid Agreement referred to hereinabove shall
be attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution as though it were fully copied
herein.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
