SCOTT AND WIFE, PATRICIA SCOTT (709 SOUTH 13TH STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY) TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 4, BLOCK 13 CHURCHILL'S ADDITION ON SOUTH 13TH STREET FOR THE SUNT OF $500.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of William E. Scott and wife, Patricia Scott, in the amount of $500.00, to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said city be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 4, Block 13, Churchill's Addition, fronting 39.5 feet, more or less, on the west side of 13th Street and as shown on page 5 of Block Map Book No. 2 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 204, page 531. Being the same land (J. Franklin and wife Addie Franklin, property) conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated March 18, 1974, and of record in Deed Book page _in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $500.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to William E. Scott and wife, Patricia Scott in survivorship, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of fact that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
