A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER IN BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO CONSENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE LEASE
BETWEEN CARLTON WATKINS AND THE BOARD OF PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS AND
RECREATION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO THE CITIZENS BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,ICENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
in behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to consent to the assignment of the lease
dated March 28, 1970, between Carlton Watkins and the Board of Parks, Playgrounds
and Recreation of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the Citizens Bank and Trust
Company, 333 Broadway, Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That by this resolution the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
not grant or consent to any rights or privileges to any party except as expressly
set forth in the aforesaid lease dated March 28, 1970.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
