A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A "PURCHASE
REGION PHASE II COMMUNICATIONS, CITY OF PADUCAH, SUB -GRANTEE" ACCOUNT
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a "Purchase Region Phase B
Communications, City of Paducah, Sub -Grantee" Account, and the Citizens Bank
and Trust Company of Paducah, Kentucky, is designated as the depository for
said account; the purpose of said account shall be to facilitate in the accounting
for all cash receipts and disbursements received by the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
during its receipt of moneys under Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe
Streets Act of 1968, as amended. -
SECTION 2. The City Treasurer and the Chief of Police of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby authorized and approved as joint signatories for
the aforesaid account.
SECTION* 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
